Senyda loves our wholesale customers and is always happy to share our products with new shops. We can manufacture all types of gold jewelry from 8kt gold to 24kt gold and silver jewelry with the silver content from 92,5% to 99,9%. Senyda wants to ensure the jewelry's quality, so please understand why we will not produce jewelry with the silver content lower than the 92.5% ratios. Here are the brief terms and conditions we have. |

PAYMENT |
All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise noted. Payment may be made by Visa or PayPal. Once the credit is established, 30% prepayment is required. The next payment is due before the final shipment. All prices are subject to change according to the World's silver and gemstone price, and we will notice. All merchandise will be billed and shipped at the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation. |

CUSTOM DESIGN |
We can offer custom designs and accommodate any design request you have. Please email us for further details regarding your request. With custom designs, the more the number of products, the lower the price per product. We will send you a product representative of each design in advance. If you are satisfied, we will continue to do the remaining pieces. If not, we'll tweak the details until you say it's perfect. On the other hand, send us gold, silver raw from old or broken pieces. We will remake and design according to your requirements. |
ENGRAVING LOGO |
With our laser engraving service, we can ensure clean, legible, and flawless results with the effective engraving of your corporate logo, business name, or anything else you wish to add to your chosen items. |
TAX |
Senyda's products are exempt from taxes altogether. But customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer depending on the specific country's situation. Please check with your local customs office for information. |
DELIVERY TIME |
Most items are available, but the time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Some orders may be shipped earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. |
EXCHANGE |
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Senyda customer service at support@senydajewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Send us images that clearly show the damage, and we will try to verify whether the product is faulty or not. If you are permitted to send the product to our store, Senyda will bear the shipping costs. The returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Senyda will not accept returned merchandise if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. |
