Senyda loves our wholesale customers and is always happy to share our products with new shops. We can manufacture all types of gold jewelry from 8kt gold to 24kt gold and silver jewelry with the silver content from 92,5% to 99,9%. Senyda wants to ensure the jewelry's quality, so please understand why we will not produce jewelry with the silver content lower than the 92.5% ratios. Here are the brief terms and conditions we have.

 

  ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Silver Jewelry Wholesale:

 

For first-time customers of Senyda's wholesale silver jewelry, we require a minimum order of $500 at wholesale value. All re-orders must meet the minimum order requirement of $300 at wholesale value. All wholesalers that have not placed an order within 45 days will go back to meet the $500 minimum order requirement.

 

Gold&Diamond Jewelry Wholesale:

 

For first-time customers of Senyda's wholesale gold&diamond jewelry, we require a minimum order of $5000 at wholesale value. All re-orders must meet the minimum order requirement of $3000 at wholesale value. All wholesalers that have not placed an order within 100 days will go back to meet the $5000 minimum order requirement.

   

   PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise noted. Payment may be made by Visa or PayPal. Once the credit is established, 30% prepayment is required. The next payment is due before the final shipment. All prices are subject to change according to the World's silver and gemstone price, and we will notice. All merchandise will be billed and shipped at the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

   CUSTOM DESIGN

We can offer custom designs and accommodate any design request you have. Please email us for further details regarding your request. With custom designs, the more the number of products, the lower the price per product. We will send you a product representative of each design in advance. If you are satisfied, we will continue to do the remaining pieces. If not, we'll tweak the details until you say it's perfect. On the other hand, send us gold, silver raw from old or broken pieces. We will remake and design according to your requirements.

 

   ENGRAVING LOGO

With our laser engraving service, we can ensure clean, legible, and flawless results with the effective engraving of your corporate logo, business name, or anything else you wish to add to your chosen items.

 

   TAX

Senyda's products are exempt from taxes altogether. But customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer depending on the specific country's situation. Please check with your local customs office for information.

 

   DELIVERY TIME

Most items are available, but the time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Some orders may be shipped earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

*Items were available: 1-3 days preparation time.

*Items were unavailable: Preparation time depends on quantity.

Don't worry about the delivery time because of the distance between you and us. Current shipping units will solve that problem for you. It only takes about 5-10 days for the item to reach you. As usual, you would pay the full shipping fee for a wholesale order. But Senyda doesn't do that here, and we will pay 50% of the shipping fee to support the wholesaler optimally.

 

   EXCHANGE

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Senyda customer service at support@senydajewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Send us images that clearly show the damage, and we will try to verify whether the product is faulty or not. If you are permitted to send the product to our store, Senyda will bear the shipping costs. The returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Senyda will not accept returned merchandise if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

 

   CHANGE DESIGN

Will you do anything if a piece doesn’t sell over a long period of time?

Senyda wants the store owners who we work with to make money. If one of my pieces sits in your store for too long, it seems it needs a new look. Send pieces you want to change the design to Senyda. We are willing to remake it into other designs you request. We sometimes suggest you give it a new location in the store before you change on it.

Note that we will create new designs using the products you return to us. We do not accept the exchange of existing samples at the store. Whenever you would like to change the design, you have to lose 20-30% of the product's total value. We will turn your pieces into silver raw material then remake them into new designs.

 

   NOTE

Tarnish is not a defect.
