  1. FREE SHIPPING POLICY

With the aim of expanding the market, we provide full support fee shipping for our customer on over the word. So SHIPPING IS FREE. Most items are available, but some items we make to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Senyda understands that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise such as wrapping gifts or writing greeting cards for someone. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a delivery location, can be made by send email for us at support@senydajewels.com

  1. SHIPPING INSURRANCE POLICY

For your protection, Senyda always insures and registers all items for their full value. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. So we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

Senyda is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Senyda within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute or change/update shipping address packages after they have shipped from Senyda.

  1. RETURN POLICY

Senyda offers complimentary 15 days returns for an exchange, but that you can make sure your purchase is just right. We take great pride in our jewelry produced with all enthusiasm for all of our customers.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry.

  1. WARRANTY POLICY

After each order, we always support for our customer anytime. Senyda offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Senyda fine jewelry. If your item becomes damaged, you can send it back and we will have it repaired. If a warranty issue is found, Senyda will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Senyda will void the warranty. All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. Repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed.

Within 60 days we also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles with free shipping both ways. Outside of the 60 day complimentary resize period, rings can be resized for a fee when within jeweler’s recommended sizing range. Noted that this only applies to resizable rings.
