Product Exchange and Refund process at SENYDA JEWELRY

SENYDA ONE MEMBER CO., LTD would like to send you the Exchange Policy when you buy products at Senyda Jewelry (SYDJ)

Gold jewelry products manufactured by SYDJ are sold at a gross price including: gold coins + diamond / colored stones + designing and manipulating wages.

Regulations exchanging goods within the first 3 days after purchase of gold and silver jewelry products (excluding jewelry ordered):

SYDJ accepts to exchange products within the first 03 days after purchase, with the following conditions:

• Product must be intact.
• You buy a new product with high value or equal to the old one: SYDJ buys 100% of the original value.
• Customers who buy new products with lower value than the old ones: SYDJ acquires 90% of the original value.
• Resold customers: SYDJ acquires 80% of the original value.
• For pods, after seeding, the customer will bear the cost of planting the grass.

- Repurchase rate:

Jewelry that you have purchased from SYDJ when sold or exchanged for the same type of product (with the same or higher value) and remain intact, 100% new will be redeemed as follows:

- Note:

• Intact jewelry products: Products are not distorted, broken, broken, deformed, the stones attached to the product are not scratched, broken, chipped, cracked and still have a full guarantee paper; Invoice cum Warranty Certificate and attached Inspection Certificate (if any).

- Cases of product exchange / return:
Senyda Jewelry only exchanges products in case the defective products do not arise from customers, specifically including the following cases:

• Product defect comes from SYDJ supplier;
• Product is defective or damaged during transportation;
• Seller delivers the wrong product to Buyer;
• If the product encounters the above errors, Senyda Jewelry will implement the return / exchange policy, specifically:

100% new product exchange.
Refund shipping incurred (if any).
100% refund if the product is completely out of stock at Senyda Jewelry.

Exchange / return due to wrong or missing product
Upon receiving the product which is different from the description on the website or missing compared to the order placed, please respond to Senyda Jewelry within 24 hours from the time the order arrives.

In case, after the 24-hour time limit or the order has a written agreement of inspection between the carrier and you, Senyda Jewelry will not agree to send compensating products in all conditions.

Senyda Jewelry will receive information and feedback about the processing direction to return the product within 72 hours of receiving the request.

Return - Refund of defective products due to shipping process
a. Product return conditions

Upon receipt of a product damaged by shipping, you should respond to Senyda Jewelry within 24 hours from the time the order arrives. In case, if there is a written agreement between the carrier and the customer, Senyda Jewelry will not agree to exchange / return the product in all conditions.

- If you still have a need for a product, Senyda Jewelry will support handling the case: Change product.

- If you no longer need the product, Senyda Jewelry supports 100% refund of the product value.

b. Refund Method & Handling Fee

- You will not be charged any fees when making this transaction.

- Method of refund: Senyda Jewelry will process the refund by bank transfer or cash after receiving the returned product from you.

Return - Refund of defective products
In case the product has a manufacturing error, Senyda Jewelry will assist you to respond to the product error message to Senyda Jewelry as follows:

- Within 03 days from the time Senyda Jewelry successfully delivers: Senyda Jewelry supports product innovation or return - 100% refund including product costs and shipping costs.

- Senyda Jewelry will have a notification by phone or email when you receive the product from the customer.
