PRODUCT WARRANTY

SENYDA ONE MEMBER CO., LTD would like to send our Customers Warranty Policy when you buy products at Senyda Jewelry (SYDJ)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Please check the goods, keep the Guarantee; Invoice cum Warranty certificate and Product inspection certificate (if any), we will not give back if you lose.
  • In case you lose a Guarantee; Invoice cum Warranty certificate and Product or product inspection certificate are not intact, SYDJ will buy back by agreement or reserve the right to refuse to buy again.
  • When reselling goods, you bear all costs of quality inspection.All transactions of buying, selling, exchanging between customers and SYDJ are in Vietnamese Dong.


2. WARRANTY FOR JEWELRY PRODUCTS WARRANTY

  • First time permanent product light repair and free repair.
  • Repairing products that are broken, dented, distorted slightly: free of charge.
  • Reinstall lost CZ stone plate: free of charge.
  • Changing the lock: there are fees depending on the type of lock from 10,000 VND to 30,000 VND.
  • Repairing ni (from the 2nd time onwards): collecting the adjustment fee from 20,000 VND to 50,000 VND depending on the product.
  • Platinum platinum: fee is charged per product.
  • Carving lazer name on the product: fee of 30,000 VND / time.

3. YELLOW JEWELRY WARRANTY TERMS

  • First time permanent product light repair and free repair.
  • Diamonds attached to the product (when customers buy diamonds and / or diamond shells at SYDJ): free of charge.
  • Reinstall lost CZ stone plate: free of charge.
  • Lock replacement: charges apply depending on the type of lock.
  • Repairing ni (from the 2nd time onwards): collecting fee to correct each product.
  • Platinum products: charges apply depending on the product.
  • Carving lazer name on the product: fee of 30,000 VND / time.
  • Reinstalling broken diamond plate due to technical error (in the first 06 months): free of charge.
  • Product is broken, deformed or seriously damaged: repairs are charged at an individual cost.
  • There is no warranty to replace the natural stone when there is no longer the same type of stone as the original color, shape, size in stock.
  • Re-inspection and editing of diamonds: fee is charged on a case-by-case basis.
  • The warranty is subject to change from SYDJ policy from time to time.
