退款政策

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Senyda customer service at support@senydajewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Send us images that clearly show the damage, and we will try to verify whether the product is faulty or not. If you are permitted to send the product to our store, Senyda will bear the shipping costs. The returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Senyda will not accept returned merchandise if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
