You are welcome to come back into our Senyda store anytime and we can re-size your jewellery immediately, as our craftsmen are on-site. If we have shipped your purchase to you then we would suggest that you use a reputable craftsman in your area or we can look into the option of you returning it to us for re-adjustment.

If an item is damaged because of the way it was made or transport, exchange will be made free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a return of the product to us. Please bear the shipping fee for the return. Items are accepted for return if returned in saleable, accompanied by a sales receipt. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging the way we sent it to you.

The jewelry reaches you when it was meticulously wrapped in a luxurious black box and a lovely bag with the name brand. Senyda understands that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions for loved ones. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise, such as wrapping gifts or writing greeting cards for someone. In case you have any requests. It only takes about 5-10 days for the item to reach you. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery of laser engraved items.

For your protection, Senyda always insures and registers all items for their full value. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. So we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Senyda is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Senyda may choose to investigate the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact customer service if your order details indicate the package has been delivered, but nothing was received.

Intending to expand the market, Senyda offers complimentary shipping for all online orders on over the world. Free shipping promotion excludes wholesalers and the returned items.

How can I make returns or exchanges without a receipt? Senyda does not issue refunds without a sales receipt. Items are accepted for exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt accompanied by a sales receipt.
